Drivers in Champaign, Douglas, Edgar, and Vermilion Counties are advised to exercise extreme caution this morning due to a Dense Fog Advisory issued by the National Weather Service (NWS) in Lincoln, IL. The advisory is effective immediately, from 6:31 AM CDT, and will remain in place until 10:00 AM CDT today, September 28, 2026.
