Red Cross Blood Drive at SCVi Charter School May 11

SCVi Charter School will host a Red Cross blood drive Monday, May 11, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on campus. Students and parents can donate blood to support the local supply while helping the school earn scholarships.

All donors receive a $20 e-gift card and free snacks. Appointments are required. Students must be at least 16 years old; 16-year-olds need written parental permission.

The blood drive is one of three SCVi is hosting this school year. If the school collects 300 or more units across all three drives, the Red Cross will award $5,000 in scholarships to SCVi seniors.
