La Grange Residents Invited to Zoning Amendment Public Hearing on May 7th
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of La Grange Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 6:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers, 120 N. College St., La Grange, MO. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a zoning amendment to rezone the property located at 500 N. College St. from R-1 Single-Family Residential to C-2 General Commercial. Written comments will be accepted until 5:00 PM on May 7, 2024, and can be mailed to P.O. Box 300, La Grange, MO 63448 or emailed to [email protected]. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and participate.
