Detroit held a nine-point lead late in regulation before Cleveland forced overtime. The Pistons had previously led by 15 points in the second quarter. Game 6 is scheduled for Friday in Cleveland, where the fourth-seeded Cavaliers will have their first opportunity to eliminate the first-seeded Pistons and face the New York Knicks.
