Public Information Request - Records All public information requests for records from the Grant County Sheriff's Office shall be made in writing via email or mail addressed to the Records Custodian. The Sheriff's Office advises the public that crime incident reports and motor vehicle accident reports are the only records immediately available for release to victims or their representatives under the Inspection of Public Records Act. All other requests will be responded to within three (3) business days as required by law.
