Internet Contractor Damages Water Line West of Oxford

A Brightspeed Internet contractor struck a 3-inch water line owned by Rural Water District #6 on May 15, damaging infrastructure west of Oxford between Greenwich Road and RWD #6's pumphouse.

Crews repaired the line the same day. Wellington residents reported discolored water beginning that evening.
