At 1126 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 8 miles west of Idaho Falls to near Chesterfield. Movement was northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 35 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include... Idaho Falls, Rigby, Blackfoot Reservoir, Wayan, Ririe Reservoir, Chesterfield Reservoir, Goshen, Lorenzo, Ammon, Shelley, Iona, Ucon, Ririe, Firth, Archer, Henry, Bone, Chesterfield, Basalt, and Trail Creek Campground.
