The City of Cape Coral is seeking proposals from experienced food and beverage vendors to operate concessions at Jaycee Park. The city opened its solicitation for proposals on Oct. 5, 2026.
The concession opportunity is for Jaycee Park, located at 4125 S.E. 20th Place. The city wants a vendor to provide high-quality food and drinks that complement the park's amenities and community events. Proposal requirements and submission instructions are available on the City of Cape Coral's Procurement Portal.
Jaycee Park underwent renovations and reopened in 2026. New features include a boardwalk overlook, an inclusive playground, a splash pad, a bandshell, sand volleyball courts and covered picnic areas. The city wants the concessionaire to align with the park's revitalized atmosphere and recreational offerings.
Proposals are due by 2 p.m. ET on Nov. 5, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted through the city's designated procurement process by the deadline in the solicitation materials.
