Cape Coral City Council held two public hearings in September to establish the Fiscal Year 2027 budget.
The first hearing on Thursday, Sept. 10, allowed the council to set the tentative millage rate and budget for the upcoming fiscal year. Residents offered input during this session.
Council finalized the millage rate and the FY27 budget at the second hearing on Thursday, Sept. 24.
Both meetings occurred at 5:05 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Cape Coral City Hall, 1015 Cultural Park Blvd.
Residents could watch the hearings live via Cape TV on Comcast Cable Channel 98 and CenturyLink Prism TV Channel 94, Cape TV's YouTube channel, or on the city's website at CapeCoral.gov.
