SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO — Residents across San Juan and several surrounding municipalities are currently navigating intermittent water service. Utility providers have implemented rolling shutoffs that last for 48-hour periods, impacting both homes and businesses.

The widespread service disruptions require residents to conserve water they have on hand. These planned interruptions affect communities throughout the region.
