The Jefferson Township Board of Trustees will convene a public hearing on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 7:00 PM to consider a rezoning application. The hearing will take place in the Community Room of the Jefferson Township Fire Department, located at 6767 Havens Corners Road.

The application, CASE NO. RZ25-004, was submitted by Brian Knights, representing property owner Knights Protective Service of Ohio Inc. Knights seeks to rezone approximately 1.04 acres of land at 916 Reynoldsburg-New Albany Road. The current zoning is Planned Commercial District (PC), and the request is to change it to Restricted Suburban Residential District (RSR).

Approval of this rezoning would amend the Jefferson Township Zoning Resolution and Zoning Map. The proposed amendment is available for public review Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Jefferson Township Administration Office, 6545 Havens Road, Blacklick, Ohio 43004.
