What happens when my hold becomes available? Users will receive a notification when their hold becomes available. They’ll have 3 days to borrow it, or they can choose to have it delivered later. If a user has a hold delivered later, they’ll keep their place in the holds list, but the hold will go to the next person in line. If the publisher provided an accompanying PDF file, it will be available through https://libraryweb.overdrive.com/; this feature is not yet available through Libby. There’s usually a little paperclip icon with the audiobook when you check out the title if there is supplemental material included. Licking County Board of Commissioners Meetings The Licking County Board of Commissioners typically holds its regular meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM in the John P. Caren Boardroom, Room 103 of the Jane P. Black Government Center, 20 S. Second Street, Newark, OH. The specific schedule and any special meeting notices can be found on the county calendar. Agendas are posted prior to the meetings, and minutes are made available after approval. These meetings cover a wide range of county operations, including budget approvals, public hearings, and the consideration of various county matters. Residents are encouraged to attend and participate in the democratic process.
