WASHINGTON – This year marks 35 years since the start of the Persian Gulf War, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) is proud to honor the brave men and women who served during this conflict. Their courage and dedication helped liberate Kuwait and protect vital U.S. interests in the region.
The VFW remains committed to supporting all veterans, including those who served in the Gulf War. We offer a variety of programs and services to help veterans and their families, including assistance with healthcare, education, and employment.
“The VFW is proud to stand with our Gulf War veterans,” said VFW Commander-in-Chief John Smith. “We will never forget their service and sacrifice.”
