Butte Central Junior Scores Perfect 36 on ACT
Staff Writer
June 12, 2026
Robert Regester IV, a junior at Butte Central Catholic Schools, scored a perfect 36 on the ACT, joining fewer than 1 percent of test takers nationwide who achieve the highest composite score.
The ACT measures performance in English, mathematics, reading, and science. Regester earned top marks across all four subjects.
"A perfect ACT score represents years of hard work and commitment to academic excellence," said Denise Chrest, Butte Central principal. "We are incredibly proud of him."
Regester will return to Butte Central for his senior year.
