We are pleased to announce that Carol Riggenbach, our current Finance Director, has been appointed to serve as Interim City Manager effective April 6, 2026, and continuing through the appointment of the permanent City Manager. Mrs. Riggenbach has demonstrated exceptional leadership, financial stewardship, and a deep commitment to the City of Franklin and the community throughout her tenure.  Her extensive experience in municipal operations and her steady, collaborative approach make her well-suited to guide the city during this transition period.
