NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Boulder City, Nevada, will conduct a public hearing to consider the proposed abandonment of the following described easements: Utility Easements located within the Republic Services property, as shown on Exhibit “A.” The public hearing will be held on April 9, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 401 California Avenue, Boulder City, Nevada. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment. Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the hearing. A copy of the agenda and supporting documentation will be available for public review at City Hall and on the City’s website at www.bcnv.org.
