* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Northern Terry County in northwestern Texas... Southwestern Hockley County in northwestern Texas...

* Until 630 PM CDT.

* At 524 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm with widespread blowing dust was located 4 miles east of Sundown, or 7 miles south of Levelland, moving south at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Two inch hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
