We provide plan review, permitting, and inspection services for new construction, additions, renovations, alterations, and remodels to assure all structures meet the minimum life safety standards of State and local building codes adopted by the City of Bradenton Beach. PERMITTING: ALL PERMIT APPLICATIONS CAN BE SUBMITTTED ONLINE USING THE CITIZENSERVE ONLINE PORTAL. ALL APPLICATIONS RECIEVED VIA EMAIL OR HAND DELIVERED WILL BE ENTERED INTO THE ONLINE SYSTEM WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS. ONCE THE APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION IS DEEMED COMPLETE BY THE PERMIT INTAKE TECH IT WILL BEGIN THE REVIEW PROCESS. APPLICATIONS MAY BE REVIEWED FOR ZONING, STORMWATER, FLOODPLAIN AND BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE AS DETERMINED BY THE SCOPE OF WORK BEING COMPLETED. ONCE ALL REVIEWS ARE COMPLETE AND ANY DEFICIENCIES ARE MET BY THE APPLICANT, THE APPLICATION IS RETURNED BACK TO THE PERMIT TECH FOR A FINAL COMPLETNESS CHECK AND THE CONTRACTOR IS NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL THAT THE PERMIT IS READY FOR FINAL PAYMENT AND ISSUANCE.
