The Gate Keeper Program operates weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For assistance outside these hours, residents can call the 211 information program 24 hours a day.

The Hillsborough County SALT Council, a coalition of law enforcement, service providers, and seniors, also offers support. The council distributes File of Life Emergency pockets and 911 cell phones for elder abuse victims.
