Man Arrested After Shooting Two People in Bradenton
Bradenton police arrested Exzavion Richardson, 26, after he shot a woman in the face and a man in the chest outside a residence on 11th Street Court East early Sunday morning.
Deputies responded to the shooting at 2:15 a.m. on December 7. Richardson had come to the residence demanding money from someone he claimed owed him. During an altercation, he fired at the 41-year-old man, then shot the 32-year-old woman who was standing nearby.
Emergency services took both victims to a hospital. The man's chest wound was minor and he was released. The woman's facial wound was listed as stable.
Officers found Richardson several blocks away during a traffic stop. Multiple witnesses identified him as the shooter.
Richardson, a nine-time convicted felon, faces two counts of attempted murder, home invasion robbery, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Case number: 2025-025032.
