These free, interactive workshops are designed to help you strengthen practical strategies for success in your job search, workplace, and beyond. Time Management – Participants will explore how time management and executive functioning support personal and professional success. They’ll create a SMART goal, build a balanced weekly schedule, and learn strategies to overcome procrastination and distractions. Participants will choose a personal focus strategy and commit to a one-week challenge to apply and reflect on their new tools.
