Bonita Springs will host its inaugural "Happy Haunts Immersive Halloween Experience" this fall, transforming its historic downtown into a festive and spooky destination. The free event runs from Oct. 22 to Oct. 31.
From 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. nightly, downtown Bonita Springs, near the Imperial River and Old U.S. 41, will feature Halloween music, decorations, video projections and special lighting. The city created the event to encourage residents and visitors to explore downtown businesses and capture memorable photos.
The city hopes "Happy Haunts" will become an annual tradition, supporting local businesses by drawing foot traffic to the downtown core.
