Families can enjoy Halloween music, decorations, video projections and special lighting effects throughout the downtown area. The city encourages visitors to explore downtown businesses, especially those near Riverside Park, to soak in the atmosphere and take photos.
Decorations and lighting will illuminate the downtown area nightly from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
