NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF LA GRANGE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION The La Grange Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 7:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers, 202 N. College, La Grange, MO. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a rezoning request for the property located at 309 N Jefferson Ave. The applicant is requesting to rezone the property from R-2 (Two-Family Residential) to C-2 (Commercial).
