The School Advisory Council (SAC) monitors the annual SIP's implementation. The School Board must approve the plan before enactment. This initiative aims to improve educational outcomes for Quiet Waters Elementary students.
Key components of the SIP include sections on Early Warning Indicators, the School Report Card, K-12 Comprehensive Reading Plan, Professional Learning Communities (PLC), Response to Intervention (MTSS/RtI) Plan, Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) Plan, School-Wide Positive Behavior Plan (SPBP), Attendance Plan, School Counseling Plan, Equity Plan, and Best Practices in Inclusive Education (BPIE). The plan also incorporates Family and Community Engagement (FACE) strategies.
Residents can download PDF, Word, and Excel versions of the SIP from the Quiet Waters Elementary website. The site also provides access to SAC Documentation, including bylaws, membership lists, meeting dates, minutes, agendas, and sign-in sheets, as well as Cognia eProve Survey Results.
