Boca Raton Planning Advisory Review Set for Sept. 22 to Tackle Development Proposals

Boca Raton's Planning Advisory Review (PAR) will convene on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 9:30 AM to discuss development proposals. The meeting will take place in-person at the City Hall, First Floor Conference Room, located at 201 West Palmetto Park Road. The PAR consists of representatives from City departments and non-City agencies who regularly meet to discuss development proposals within Boca Raton. The agenda will focus on plans reviewed based on initial application submittal; new plans will not be discussed.

All PAR meetings are open to the public; however, no public comment will be taken on agenda items during the session. Residents interested in providing feedback must submit written comments, which will be emailed to petitioners prior to the meeting.

The PAR reviews two main types of submissions: Preliminary and Compliance. Preliminary Submissions involve site plans and development ideas presented to obtain general comments regarding whether a proposal meets the City’s development requirements or can receive staff support. These submissions may or may not lead to applications for public hearings.

Compliance Submissions are formally submitted site plans and development ideas for review.
