Two separate incidents, each involving a fatal shooting by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer, have drawn public attention to the agency's operational practices. Neither of the individuals who died constituted the original target of the respective enforcement operations. Additionally, officers involved in both shootings did not wear body cameras.
