Subscription Searches | Pasco County Clerk, FL Subscription Searches Subscription searches are organized into two categories for subscriber convenience. The links will take the subscriber to a login page and then directly to the specific search desired. Court Records Official Records Court Records Court Records Many court documents, such as final judgments, lis pendens, and others, are recorded in the Official Records. Searching by party name in the Official Records will enable viewing of these documents going back to 1990. For many years this was the only method for the public to remotely view court-related documents. However, in 2014 the Florida Supreme Court updated its rules to allow remote viewing of additional court documents over the internet by the public. Subscribers Only Foreclosures -- Multiple reports provide lists of cases in early and late stage foreclosure, as well as mediations. New Cases -- Lists of new cases by case category and type. Book and page and instrument numbers also allow direct access to individual documents. The Official Records system contains documents related to property such as deeds and mortgages. They also contain many court documents including final judgments. Indexes are available from 1975 onward through the current date. Images are available from 1975 forward. The images viewable by subscribers include the following document types restricted from public site: Documents related to probate or family law cases, military discharges, and death certificates. Children's Behavioral Health Ombudsman Serves as a trusted advocate and point of contact for children and families navigating the behavioral health system. Their role is to support, inform, and guide those experiencing challenges related to mental health and substance use services with the goal of improving access, accountability, and outcomes across Florida’s behavioral health network. The Ombudsman plays a vital role in ensuring that Florida’s behavioral health system remains person-centered, responsive, and effective. Advocate for individuals and families navigating the behavioral health system by ensuring access to services, resolving concerns, and promoting accountability and quality in mental health and substance use care. Key Objectives Key Objectives Listen to concerns from individuals who receive publicly funded behavioral health services. Help resolve complaints and barriers to treatment and support. Connect individuals to appropriate care or resources. Prompt responsiveness within behavioral health systems. Identify systemic issues and recommend improvements in service delivery. Concerns and Barriers The Office of Children's Behavioral Health Ombudsman serves as a central point for receiving concerns on behalf of children and adolescents with behavioral health disorders who are receiving services. The Office uses this information to help improve the mental health treatment and support system for children and adolescents. The key to overcoming obstacles is building resilience. Finding ways to adapt with a healthy mindset in challenging situations can increase resiliency in individuals. The following tips will assist in coping with a disaster or traumatic event. Process the event in your own time: Re-establish a routine and remember, feelings can come and go in waves. You and your family may be moody and withdrawn at certain times, frozen with grief and fear at other times. There’s no “right” or “wrong” way to feel after a traumatic event so don’t try to dictate what you/your family should be thinking or feeling. Connect with others What communities do you belong to and how can you sustain contact with a sense of balance? Asking yourself these questions and finding small ways to build connections can go a long way in fostering resilience. Avoid consuming too much media or reliving the trauma: Repetitious thinking or viewing horrific images over and over can overwhelm your nervous system, making it harder to think clearly. Partake in activities that keep your mind occupied (read, watch a movie, cook, play with your kids), so you’re not dedicating all your energy and attention to the traumatic event. Don’t rush decisions: Making big life decisions about home, work, or family while traumatized will only increase the stress in your life.
