Any person who violates these rules shall be subject to removal from the park and/or subject to a fine in accordance with the City's Code of Ordinances.</p> <p align="justify">&nbsp;</p> <p align="justify">The following are <b>PROHIBITED</b> in all City of Cibolo Parks:</p> <ol> <li> <p align="justify">Consumption of alcoholic beverages, except as authorized by special permit.</p> </li> <li> <p align="justify">Glass beverage containers.</p> </li> <li> <p align="justify">Failure to keep pets under restraint and to remove and dispose of pet droppings in a sanitary manner.</p> </li> <li> <p align="justify">Operation of a motorized vehicle on other than designated roadways or parking areas, or exceeding a speed limit of 15 miles per hour without special permit.</p> </li> <li> <p align="justify">Vending or sales of any kind without special permit.</p> </li> <li> <p align="justify">Overnight camping without special permit.</p> </li> <li> <p align="justify">Fires, except in designated areas.</p> </li> <li> <p align="justify">Disposal of trash or refuse, except in designated receptacles.</p> </li> <li> <p align="justify">Destruction or removal of any park property, including plants, rocks, and trees.</p> </li> <li> <p align="justify">Hunting or trapping of animals.</p> </li> <li> <p align="justify">Use of threatening, abusive, or insulting language; engaging in disorderly conduct.</p> </li> <li> <p align="justify">Operation of a sound amplification device at a volume which is audible to others at a distance of 50 feet or more or between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. without special permit.</p> </li> <li> <p align="justify">Storage or parking of any trailer, boat or other vehicle for more than 24 hours.</p> </li> <li> <p align="justify">Use of park facilities (including athletic fields and courts) that have been reserved or scheduled for use by others.</p> </li> <li> <p align="justify">Any other activity prohibited by ordinance or law.</p> </li> </ol> <p align="justify">&nbsp;</p> <p align="justify">Permits are required for certain activities within the City of Cibolo Parks.
