Sealed bids are due by 2:00 PM on May 9, 2024, and will be opened and read aloud at the City Clerk’s Office, located at 168 Main Street, Berlin, NH 03570. Interested parties can obtain detailed specifications for the project starting April 15, 2024, from the Department of Public Works at 234 East Milan Road, Berlin, NH 03570. The department is open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, excluding holidays.

Bid documents are also accessible online through the City of Berlin's official website at www.berlinnh.gov, under the “Bids” tab. This digital option provides convenient access for potential bidders.

The City of Berlin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to take any action deemed to be in the city's best interest. Bidders should be aware that once a bid is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn for a period of 60 days following the bid opening.

This program is overseen by City Manager Erik L. Hansen.
