SWFWMD Cancels Retiree Insurance Meeting in Tampa Bay

The Southwest Florida Water Management District has canceled a public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2026. The meeting was to discuss responses to RFP 26-5092 concerning Medicare Advantage Insurance for Eligible Retirees.

A Preliminary Evaluation Committee was scheduled to convene at 2 p.m. to review submitted proposals. The committee could have selected a firm for award, identified firms for further evaluation, or rejected all proposals.

The meeting was to be held virtually. Further information regarding the RFP and any rescheduled meetings will be announced by the district.
