This position is responsible for administering and coordinating all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, staff development, and compliance. Working closely with leadership, the Human Resources Business Partner supports organizational goals, fosters a positive workplace culture, and ensures the consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices. Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements: The Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend Region, Inc. (ELC) is a local non-profit organization with an annual budget of $32 million.
