PRBC CONTINUING STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION 2026 Instructions: • Applicants must be members of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church. • Applicants must have completed the Spring 2026 semester and be enrolled in a two-year College, Four-year University or Graduate school for the Fall 2026 semester. • Applications received after the due date noted above will NOT be considered. • Please respond to all questions and include a copy of your Spring Semester (2026) transcript. • Type of scholarships that will be awarded: One-Time Scholarship Award – Several students will receive one-time scholarships. These one-time scholarships will vary in amounts and may be used at any formal educational institution. • Applications must be submitted by one of the following mediums. Please note that the time deadline will vary depending on the medium chosen. If you email, please send to [email protected] by 11:00 pm. If you deliver in person to the church office at 1401 E. Jefferson Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85034, please bring it on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9 AM and 4:30 PM. If you are mailing to the church office, send to 1401 E. Jefferson Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85034. If submitting by US mail or any other mail carrier, please mail your application early enough to reach our office by the deadline (4:30 pm, June 14. 2026). PLEASE DO NOT FAX APPLICATIONS TO THE CHURCH OFFICE. • Another step in the application process is a personal virtual interview. If you are selected for an interview, the scholarship committee will contact you to set up a date and time for your virtual interview.
