This investment will enhance the county's infrastructure, benefiting local residents and businesses by providing reliable and efficient services. “DCA is committed to supporting community development initiatives that improve the quality of life for Georgians,” said DCA Commissioner Christopher Nunn. “This grant will enable Douglas County to address critical infrastructure needs and promote sustainable growth.” The CDBG program is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and administered by DCA. These funds assist local governments in meeting community needs and addressing critical infrastructure gaps.
