NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Crestview, Florida, will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the following Ordinance: ORDINANCE 1486 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 1466 THAT ADOPTED THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024; PROVIDING FOR REVISIONS OF REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES; PROVIDING FOR LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS AND INTENT; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Public Hearing will be held on May 13, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 198 N. Main Street, Crestview, Florida, to consider the adoption of the above-referenced Ordinance. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the Ordinance. The Ordinance may be inspected by the public at the Office of the City Clerk, 198 N. Main Street, Crestview, Florida, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the City Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, persons needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding should contact the City Clerk’s Office at (850) 682-1560 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. For hearing impaired individuals, special arrangements can be made with the TDD phone number (850) 682-1560.
