Candidate Screening Due to the volume of applications, every candidate meeting the minimum qualifications cannot be guaranteed an interview. Candidates are selected for an interview based on education and work experience most closely matching the requirements of the position and may be subject to an extensive selection process and screening program, which may include, but not be limited to, evaluation of training and experience, written test, oral test and performance test.
