The City of Aventura is reminding contractors to update their eTRAKiT passwords to ensure continued access to the system for scheduling inspections and checking permit statuses. Contractors must have an email address registered with the city to reset their password.
To reset a password, contractors should visit the eTRAKiT portal at etrakit.cityofaventura.com/etrakit/. On the homepage, click the "Forgot Password" button, typically located in the upper right corner.
Users will then select "Contractor" and enter their registered email address in the provided field. Click "Reset Password" to send a confirmation email with a reset link. Clicking the link will direct users to create a new password.
