We are delighted to welcome Adva Chattler to the Beth El Congregation staff as Executive Assistant to Rabbi Dana Saroken.
Originally from Be’er-Sheva, Israel, Adva brings a wealth of experience, creativity, and passion for Jewish life and community engagement. For more than seven years, she has helped bring Jewish culture, holidays, and traditions to life through innovative programming and meaningful relationship-building. Most recently, she served as Managing Director of Engagement & Innovation for Reconstructing Judaism, where she co-led the transformation of Ritualwell.org into a vibrant digital community that connects Jews around the world through ritual, learning, and creativity.
A gifted writer and storyteller, Adva’s poetry, stories, and rituals have been published in both Yad Mizrach Magazine and Ritualwell. She is also an avid culinarian who enjoys creating welcoming, cross-generational spaces where people can connect through shared traditions, stories, and flavors.
Adva holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a Master’s degree with honors in Conflict Resolution from Ben-Gurion University. She is also a veteran of the Israeli Air Force.
Most importantly, Adva is excited to become part of the Beth El community alongside her husband, Daniel, and their three daughters. Together, they look forward to getting to know our congregation and building meaningful relationships in the months and years ahead.
Please join us in giving Adva a warm Beth El welcome. We are thrilled to have her on our team and know that her talents, energy, and commitment to Jewish community will be a tremendous asset to our congregation.
