Pursuant to §32-1-207(2), C.R.S., notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at the hour of 8:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, First Floor, Jefferson County Courthouse, 100 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden, Colorado, to consider the application of South Kipling Metropolitan District No. 1 to amend its service plan to modify the District’s powers and services pursuant to §32-1-207(1), C.R.S. At said hearing, all interested parties may appear and be heard. A copy of the proposed service plan amendment is on file for public inspection at the office of the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder, 100 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden, Colorado.
