TOWN OF LAKE HAMILTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Commission of the Town of Lake Hamilton, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing to consider Ordinance 2024-10, An Ordinance of the Town of Lake Hamilton, Florida, repealing Ordinance 2024-08, regarding golf carts and low speed vehicles; providing for severability; providing for an effective date. THE PUBLIC HEARING will be held at the Town Hall, 107 S. Lake Avenue, Lake Hamilton, Florida, on October 15, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. At the hearing, all interested parties may appear to be heard regarding the proposed Ordinance. A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection at the Town Hall, 107 S. Lake Avenue, Lake Hamilton, Florida, during normal business hours, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. All interested persons are invited to attend. In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, any person needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding should contact the Town Clerk at (863) 439-1915 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. Any person desiring to appeal any decision made by the Town Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
