We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their service experience. Responsibilities: Greet customers and schedule service appointments Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate estimates Communicate with technicians to ensure that repairs are completed correctly Follow up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their service Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Ability to communicate effectively with customers and technicians Strong problem-solving skills Experience in the automotive industry preferred
