Classic Car Cruise-In Returns to Downtown Inverness
"Citrus Vettes & Camaros Car Club presents the Friday Night Classics & Muscle cars Cruise-In, Historic Downtown Inverness on the Third Friday of each month. From 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Entertainment varies monthly. The roads will close at 3:00 pm and the car club will park cars starting at 3:30 pm. All cars must be legally parked by 8:00 pm."

"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Inverness, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing before the City Council on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Inverness Government Center, 212 W. Main Street, Inverness, Florida, to consider the following proposed amendments to the City of Inverness Land Development Code:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF INVERNESS, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF INVERNESS LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 3.02.05, REZONING PROCEDURES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for inspection at the City Clerk’s Office, Inverness Government Center, 212 W. Main Street, Inverness, Florida, during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
