Jacksonville Citizen Planning Advisory Committees: Get Involved
Citizen Planning Advisory Committees (CPACs)
Citizen Planning Advisory Committees (CPACs) Each CPAC is comprised of citizens who live, work or own property in the respective CPAC area. CPACs review land use and zoning issues, propose solutions to community and development problems and serve as a liaison between the community and City Council. CPAC recommendations are advisory to the Planning Commission and City Council. Members are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by City Council. CPACs meet monthly at their respective community locations. To learn more about CPACs and how to get involved, contact the Community Planning Division at (904) 255-8300.
