Paul Gonzalez, 46, passes away in Ashland City

Ashland City mourns the loss of Paul Gonzalez, who passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at the age of 46. Mr. Gonzalez was known for his unforgettable laugh, deep love of music, and gift for finding humor in every situation.

Mr. Gonzalez is survived by his mother, Blanca Gonzalez, and his sons, John Paul Gonzalez (Lalli) and Antonio Gonzalez. He also leaves behind his brothers, Mario Herrera (Estela), Antonio Gonzalez, and Rodney Efren Gonzalez (Lenora). His nephews, Mario Jr., Arron, Hunter, Camden, and Anthony, and his niece, Mya, also survive him. He was preceded in death by his father, Antonio Gonzalez.

Visitation with the family was held on Monday, August 24, 2026, from 11 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service followed at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Chris Moore officiating, at Boyd Funeral Home, located at 101 Elizabeth Street in Ashland City. Interment took place at EverRest of Cheatham Memorial Gardens, 545 E. Hwy 49, Pleasant View, TN 37146.

Paul Gonzalez was described as "One Of A Kind" and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
