ADA Compliance Sidewalk Project | Maine Department of Transportation 10/06/2025 RANGELEY/ANSON/STRONG/HARTLAND – Starting October 6, The Maine Department of Transportation will be performing work to make crosswalks ADA compliant in order to maintain a safe passage for pedestrians. The work for this project involves adjusting the height and slope of the sidewalks where needed to install yellow warning tiles called Detectable Warning Fields at various locations. Work is scheduled to be completed by October 25.
