Koestler will succeed Debora L. Norelli, who is retiring at the end of March. * Michelle McJames has been named vice president of GEICO’s Northeast operations. McJames will succeed Koestler. * Rhett Wheeler has been named vice president of GEICO’s Southeast operations. Wheeler will succeed McJames. Koestler joined GEICO in 1993 as a telephone claims representative, Norelli joined in 1985. McJames joined GEICO in 1996 and Wheeler joined in 1997. Separately, GEICO has promoted Yvonne Brennan, Tony Nicely Award winner, to the role of advertising AVP. In this role Ms. Brennan will be responsible for marketing efforts across the country as GEICO continues to grow and innovate!
