NOTICE CITY OF LAKE MARY, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FISCAL YEAR 2025 PROPOSED BUDGET Notice is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Lake Mary, Florida, will hold public hearings to consider the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2025. Said public hearings will be held at the City Hall Commission Chambers, 100 N. Country Club Road, Lake Mary, Florida, at 6:00 p.m. on the following dates: Budget Workshop - June 4, 2024 First Public Hearing - September 5, 2024 Second Public Hearing - September 19, 2024 A copy of the proposed budget is on file in the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 100 N. Country Club Road, Lake Mary, Florida, and is available for inspection by the public during normal business hours. Any person desiring to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at any such meeting will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, and such person will be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of such record.
