Hybrid Regular Meeting

Hybrid Regular Meeting ***** Alachua County Commissioners will be meeting in a Hybrid Regular Meeting on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at the Alachua County Administration Building, 12 S.E. 1st Street, Gainesville. The meeting begins at 11:30 a.m. The public may view the meeting on Cox Channel 12 or on the County’s Video on Demand website. Public comment options are available in person or by calling 352-264-6900. When prompted, please state your name and address clearly. You will be placed in a queue and prompted to speak when it is your turn. Public comment is limited to three minutes. PETE BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY’S LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, CHAPTER 6, “ZONING REGULATIONS,” ARTICLE 6-4, “DISTRICT REGULATIONS,” SECTION 6-4.14, “COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS,” BY AMENDING SUBSECTION (E)(11) TO REGULATE THE LOCATION OF MEDICAL CANNABIS DISPENSING FACILITIES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The proposed Ordinance is available for inspection at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 155 Corey Avenue, St. Pete Beach, Florida, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.
