You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to keep their equipment running smoothly. This is a hands-on position that requires technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on agricultural and turf equipment, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on equipment. Use diagnostic tools and software to identify problems and recommend solutions. Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide estimates. Keep accurate records of all work performed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree or certification in diesel mechanics or related field preferred. Experience working on agricultural or turf equipment preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time. Ability to work in a noisy environment.
