"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Commission of the City of St. Pete Beach, Florida, will hold Public Hearings in the City Hall Commission Chambers, 155 Corey Avenue, St. Pete Beach, Florida, to consider the following Ordinances: ORDINANCE 2024-03 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ST. PETE BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY’S LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, AS AMENDED; AMENDING SECTION 6.02.06, FENCES, OF THE CITY’S LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TO REVISE REGULATIONS RELATED TO FENCE HEIGHT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ORDINANCE 2024-04 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ST. PETE BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY’S LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, AS AMENDED; AMENDING SECTION 7.03.00, WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITIES, OF THE CITY’S LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TO REVISE REGULATIONS RELATED TO WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITIES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The first Public Hearing for Ordinance 2024-03 and Ordinance 2024-04 will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible. The second Public Hearing for Ordinance 2024-03 and Ordinance 2024-04 will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible. Copies of the proposed Ordinances are available for review at the City Clerk’s Office, 155 Corey Avenue, St. Pete Beach, Florida. All interested parties may appear and be heard at the Public Hearings. Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons with disabilities needing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding should contact the City Clerk’s Office no later than 48 hours prior to the proceeding at (727) 363-9241."
